  7. Woo is back!

Woo is back!

Hello everyone!

It’s Woo here, back with another novel that just sucks you right in.

A little about me: I’m a classic Korean-Canadian bilingual, having moved to Canada at the age of ten. After spending many years casually translating within my community, I got the chance to work with Wuxiaworld! This will be my third novel after Barbarian Quest and Daddy is Too Strong (both unreal, please go check them out!), and honestly, I’m loving it more and more. Bringing Korean literature to a global audience, watching people get invested in the story, and connecting with all of you has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

Now, I’m excited and grateful to bring you another story!

Hard Carried by My Sword has everything we know and love about Hero tales. Leon, a boy born into a commoner family, earns the previous Hero’s favor through pure grit, determination, and above all, a good heart. With the Holy Sword he’s been granted, he gradually becomes an overpowered warrior, adventurer, and Hero. It also shows a glimpse of the life of a teenage boy, struggling with his first crush, disappointments in life, you know, all the classics.

What I really love about this novel is the abundance of character development. Not only do we see Leon growing and maturing, but we also get to see his companions go through redemption and development.

I’d also like to give a big thank you to Cosy for connecting me with another fantastic novel and Momo for supporting me through this learning journey, as well as the rest of the Hard Carried by My Sword team in advance for all the questions I’ll probably pester them with along the way!

Thanks so much for reading my little introduction. I hope you enjoy Hard Carried by My Sword as much as I’m enjoying translating it.

Best,

woo
