Tomorrow will be the first of two break days in April (2 break days because there are 30 days) because it is Baby Rifle's first birthday!

For those of you who have not followed along my journey with Trash of the Count's Family, I have a baby who is turning one tomorrow! What a year it has been!

There is a special tradition called Doljabi that Baby Rifle will partake in tomorrow.

Doljabi is a Korean tradition on the baby's first birthday where the child is placed in front of various objects (Usually 6 – 8 items, we went with 8 items as mommy's Chinese culture believes 8 is a lucky number). Then, the child is encouraged to grab one item from the set of objects where each choice represents a certain future of the child with respect to his career or a lifestyle.
