Hey, folks! Shanks here again, to be the bearer of bad news. 😞 

As you all might know, our editor Sietse is on holiday and our other editor Devshard has an important exam to prepare for. Our initial plan was to stop merging chapters and have Devshard cover for the time being while Sietse was away. It wasn't a perfect solution, but that was the only way to ensure that you guys would still get regular releases. Unfortunately, that isn't working out. Devershard can't handle splitting his focus between studying for his exam and Rise. Again, failing this exam is not an option. It will literally decide his future, and I really don't want Devshard explaining to his parents, "Oh, sorry, Mom, Dad. I failed my doctor exams because I was too busy helping my chubby Chinese friend with starting his OnlyMans career his League of Legends webnovel." 

In short, the Rise Crew has no available editors right now. And given how much we've emphasized that quality is important to us in the past, releasing any unedited or unpolished chapters is a no-go either. So, we'll be going on a short hiatus.
