Hi everyone, 

Tomorrow is the most important Chinese festival of the year, the Spring Festival, or Chinese New Year. It marks the end of the years of pig and the beginning of the year of mouse. I guess this means it's the Chinese New Year Eve today.    On behalf of my entire clan, I wish us all health, happiness, and fortune in the year of mouse!   

To celebrate this grand festival and reaching chapter 1200, I've designed a little contest. Hopefully, we'll have some fun together.

To enter the contest, you need to:

1. Hand-write a "福", which is the Chinese character for "happiness and fortune". (You can see this character on the doors and windows of almost every Chinese house during Spring Festival. Click here and here to see some different fonts and instructions on how to do the strokes. Feel free to be creative with your writing tools, fonts, designs, etc.)

2. Take a picture of it, or scan it. Make sure it's clean and in focus.

3. Email it to me at 148114154@qq.com, with the word "Entry" in the title.

Afterwards, I'll create a poll with the writings I deem eligible, so you can vote for the ones you like. The winner will go to the writing with the most votes.

The prize will be a Chinese 12 Zodiac Glass Dispenser Set. 

The contest starts now. I'll launch the poll at 18:00 on January 29th (Beijing Time), so make sure you email your entries before that. The poll will end at 18:00 on Feb. 2nd (Beijing Time).

After announcing the winner, I'll have the prize customized to his/her liking, (engravings, package, etc.) then shipped to his/her door.

On another account, starting tomorrow, our release rate will increase to 11 chapters a week, 2 chapters on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays and 1 chapter on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Chapters will be spaced apart on days with two chapters, one in the morning, the other in the evening. (Beijing time) Our release rate will further increase in a couple of weeks, depending on our new translator's speed.
