Afterthought

Here it is, the end of Infinite Competitive Dungeon Society.

It has been about 11 months since I started ICDS and what a journey it has been. I’ve learned a lot about translating during the series and I would most certainly do some things differently if I had to translate everything again. 

To be completely honest, when I first started reading ICDS long before I started its translation, I dropped it after about 60 chapters (though it was mostly because of Toika’s Japanese-like MC; I even dropped Everyone is a Returnee after 200 chapters haha). I actually wanted to do Possessing Nothing, but another translator picked it up a few days before I could (heh). 

Anyhow, before I talk about the next series I'm doing, I would like to first give my gratitude to everyone below. 

1) My editors, IllidanStormrage and LightningAsura, who helped me out for the past 250 chapters, and my old editor Jay, who edited the first 100 chapters. Here are the finishing thoughts of my two current editors:
- IllidanStormrage: "Hey guys, it's been wonderful editing ICDS. Stay tuned for more novels to come."
- LightningAsura: "I just started my finals today. I really didn't think I would be able to finish editing this novel before I got immersed in exams but everything did thankfully. Next Novel

At the moment, I have a few candidates in mind, all of which I enjoy very much. I've read some of the suggestions you guys left for me for my next series, but feel free to leave comments below with more suggestions! 

I'm not sure when I'll start the new series, but it won't be too far away. I'll also adopt what many of the other translators are doing (the WuxiaWorld sponsor system, advance chapters, etc.) and work to improve my general translation quality.
