Above the central magician, wind gathered and spiraled upwards in a small tornado. Other magicians in the vicinity also began chanting incantations. As the central tornado grew larger, frost crystals began to condense in the air.
Guided by the mages, the frost crystals merged into the tornado and swirled within its expanding vortex. The temperature of the air began...
