Quickly chanting supplementary incantations, they invoked the second phase of the spell in an instant. The magicians slapped their hands against the rock walls of the cave, causing the ends of the massive chains to merge into the rock. The chains appeared as if they had grown directly out of the cave walls as they restrained the Destroyer-class automaton.
