He was very much surprised by the answer, and out of curiosity, he asked Ning Yao how long it had taken her. In response, she merely gave him a smile, seeing no need to answer his question and further dent his confidence.
Hence, back then, Chen Ping’an felt like the old great sword immortal had only lied to him to make him feel better when making the claim that he had the potential to become an earth immortal.
