The principle is simple, but how does one actually transcend?

This is starting to veer off topic. Anyway, the point was that such localized aging could be adjusted and reversed with some rest. More importantly, it meant Zhao Changhe could withstand the erosion of time cast by the Heavenly Dao Himself.
The gates to the Other Shore had already been pushed ajar, and light had begun to shine through.
