The Central Library was exclusive to the Elder Council and teachers. It was connected to the general library, which the students could easily access. By crossing the overpass between the general library and the Central Library building and opening a secured door with an access card, one could finally reach the Central Library.
Teachers had access card functions built into their teacher IDs, but student council members had to obtain Central Library access cards from the librarian each time they visited.
After school, the first thing I did was head to the library to get an access card from the librarian.
