At Seoul Central District Court, today was the first day of arguments in an important case: the ten billion dollar lawsuit between A-GenBio and Atmox. A-GenBio’s defense team, including Park Joo-Hyuk, rushed inside. Only three defense lawyers were actually participating in the hearing, with most of them listening from the audience.
