The world domain enveloped the four corners; endless scarlet energy materialized within as well. It transformed into scarlet shadows balefully snarling in the void. All sorts of power of desire filled the chaos.1

Celestial Pole and the Pagoda King were hit with some of that energy. Celestial Pole opened his mouth in a face-splitting yawn and looked ahead drowsily, wanting to drift off to sleep. Greed surfaced in the Pagoda King’s eyes, accompanied by a streak of madness. He really wanted to kill Celestial Pole and eat the man so he could ascend to third rank himself!1
