Drouth had finally made his way here, but he wasn’t too pleased. A couple dark puppets had ambushed him along the way, with even a fourth rank puppet appearing.0

They didn’t pose much of a threat to him, but one had to know that it was just him venturing into the dao foundation site this time. There were multiple Utmost Dark exalted emperors with him. With the destruction of their major world, these exalted emperors formed the basis of his wealth. They would be in trouble if the fourth rank dark puppet attacked them.1

Drouth turned back for a look, hesitating over whether he should search for them or wait here. It would be more trouble if they passed by each other when he went back out. But if he waited here… would they actually be able to make it here? Or should he enter the hall first?0

The man glanced at the Hall of Darkness; the pitch-black doors were tightly shut. Drouth was extremely hesitant. They’d made an agreement to gather here after entering the dao foundation site and going in together when the group was assembled.0

If he went inside first and they waited for him outside due to not seeing him, they would be irritated with him after he emerged.0
