The exalted emperor in question quickly rose to his feet with a smile. “I will be back shortly. Fellow Daoist Scintillating, please enjoy your conversation with Brother Skyriver.”
Scintillating inclined his head, basking in Skyriver Region showing him such favor. Even if it was just a display for his eyes, they were showing him face in ignoring another exalted emperor...
