I wasn’t the type to be attached to scenes, but for some reason, I wanted to keep replaying that scene. Our staredown was the highlight of Act One, and it was made even more amazing by how Doom Ki-Young ruthlessly turned around and left the scene.

“This is what I’m talking about. This is a high-quality production!” I remarked.

I honestly thought that it was kind of cheesy, but I was sure I fulfilled the role pretty well.

I downed a glass of wine while trying my best to erase the thought that I had the same disease[1] as Lonovera, and I felt like I was in heaven.

Of course, drinking wine while replaying the great scenes of Act One wasn’t that big of a deal, but it brought me a great deal of joy. Any human would enjoy spending time by themselves while celebrating...
