Edit: updating this review as of chapter 125...honestly it’s not a bad story but it’s become boring for me to read. There are a lot of DBZ power up moments and complete deus ex machina and random world info like the constellations popping up out of nowhere. I’ll probably binge this one day but right now it’s not super interesting to read anymore. Still a rec but don’t be expecting SCOG
I like this novel the most out of the new batch (Dungeon Predator and the other VRMMO ones). This is also a VRMMO but features a grandpa protagonist (who actually had a funny past and real skills) with an unique class and is full of hilarity and family warmth. It’s pretty heartwarming and not that long of a story comparatively (sub 500 chapters) so things don’t drag on and I’m always excited to read what’s next. Overall I quite recommend this though might take you a while to understand this world and how the VR game is sorta VR and sorta reality

This is a novel that i decided to give a shot after i dropped Dungeon Predator, i disliked the fact that the protagonist is almost an anime character that has some Kekkei Genkai of Naruto, also his personality sucks. In this one the view of a Grandpa playing VRMMO is very...innovative(Now i'm imagining he and his gang of grampas defeating everyone ^^) and i like this point, that said i'm starting to think that this granpa is a little bit OP as well, a comparation it would be in Legendary Moonlight Sculptor the Geomchis, they also now how to use their bodies and Geomchi1 is a master of sword, but they aren't this level of OP but i will keep going and see where this will led me.

This novel is mostly comedy, with some bit of action mixed in.
It feature a Korean grandpa and his journey in a game called Arkstar. His motivation to enter the game is to protect his granddaughter from other men. Despite his old age, he is strong in real life, and this gets translated in the game as well.
Through a series of hilarious encounter, combine with his real life ability, he got OP very early in the story. The dialogue in this novel is hilarious, and is probably one of its strongest points.
Overall, it's a really fun read. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a somewhat lighter novel.
