It was all because the concept of dungeons being public assets had become deeply ingrained among the Adventurers, so anyone attempting to monopolize a dungeon would face immense hostility and criticism from the masses.
Thus, whenever a faction dared to claim a dungeon as their own, an extraordinary phenomenon was surely going to follow right after it.
