Thanks for all the notes pointing various punctuation changes --> I've just realized that my entire team is all American, and looser punctuation/grammar rules seem to flow in the States! I also detest hyphens and found a few references that say American literature seem to omit hyphens more often than not, so I shall *grumble* start putting in hyphens for all our non-American (although honestly, that looks weird with a hyphen. Shouldn't it be without?) friends. :D
