Hi guys, today is the Lantern Festival, which marks the end of  New Year celebration. Many Chinese people go back to work after this day, sadly not including me :(

P.S. News came in today that my 31-year-old cousin had a cerebral infarction. Thank god he's alright now.

It reminded me that we need to cut time out of our lives to work out, no matter how busy we are. Also, physical examinations are very important.
