There were only a few references, although there was one part that actually contrasted the "Northern Desert" with the Western Desert. Although you could probably make an explanation for this that fits into the story, it seems likely that Er Gen just decided to change the name along the way. In the final version of the translation, do you think I should edit the previous "Northern Desert" to "Northern Reaches," which would also necessitate a change to that part about the Western Desert?
