I made a bit of a mistake. Er Gen's chapter blitz was six chapters long, not seven, so this is a normal length chapter. He also wrote a sort of lengthy note explaining that he wasn't in a good mood after all the writing. He wrote 12,000 Chinese characters in one day, which is the equivalent of four normal chapters, except spaced out among six. Because of the timing and length of the chapters, there were a lot of (douchey) complaints in the comments, which left him feeling irritated and in a bad mood.
