It was said that the Mirage-Clam Tribe was once immensely powerful, ranking among the Ten Great Races of the East Sea. Their most renowned divine ability was the Fata Morgana. Eight thousand years ago, an old ancestor accidentally fell into qi deviation while comprehending a spell and lost control of the Fata Morgana, which swallowed the Mirage-Clam Tribe’s core members.0

From then on, the Mirage-Clam Tribe fell from its position as one of the Ten Great Races. The Fata Morgana that went out of control drifted aimlessly through the East Sea, devouring living beings, be they human or seafolk.0
