Everything was over. Everything had stopped. The clanking, the rattling. Even if I seemed lifeless, I still had a life. Crackle! Snap! Crack! I failed to protect Lady Succubus. I failed to defend the dungeon. I was shattered into pieces, completely destroyed. [Succession Complete!] “Succession…? Assimilation…?” Broken and broken again. With each downfall, the world's true nature begins to reveal itself.

The opinions I'm about to express about the story come from the manhwa, I haven't read the novel.
The MC starts as the lowest skeleton, and struggles to remember his past, his main regret is not being able to protect his master's dungeon from raiders.
The story is solid and has many twists and turns and the MC will be forced to grow, both in strength and intelligence, to protect those he cares about. He learns quickly that the worst monsters are not found in dungeons but in castles and cities ruled with an iron grip by nobles and wealthy merchants.
He will meet many different side characters, sometimes as enemies and sometimes as unlikely allies, in what starts like a common revenge story but might uncover forbidden truths about this world, that spiral whole empires into war.

I also read and enjoyed the manhwa. Looking forward to this translation. I like the fact that it doesn't start out with an omniscient MC. There is no "I lived for 10 million years and know every spell and ability out there." Here we have a character that even in his previous life was not overly strong, just trying to get back to the life he had before. Where he does have some memories of what is to come, and the leveling system he is using is a bit of a cheat. I still see him as the underdog fighting his way forward instead of someone with a charmed life.

Updated after reading chapter 315:
So far I'm still really enjoying this. Outside of our nameless MC skeleton, whose understanding of who he is and the world around him goes through constant upheaval. Skelly has what appears to be a huge OP cheat with his constant regressions and ability to restart at level 1 (easy to level up initially) while keeping all of his stat points, but the world isn't that simple and stats aren't that important. The point he regresses to isn't always the same, and while there are clues as to why that is, it's also not something he can control.
Our MC can be a bit dense at times (should I call him a bone-head? haha), but nothing too bad. There are several well-written side characters that make the story more interesting. The only thing that annoys me is that this is getting at most 5 chapters a week despite clearly stating 7. So far I'd give it a 8/10.
