The huge ancient stone tablet buzzed and vibrated, as through emitting low roars from the ancient times.

Mighty ancestral qi gushed out endlessly like thousand-feet waves. 

The 25 lotus platforms above the stone tablet created a powerful suction force that frantically drew over the ancestral qi and vaguely formed several ancestral qi vortexes.

The 25 people sat cross-legged on the lotus platforms all couldn't help beaming with delight. Even Zhou Yuan, who had seen a high-class ancestral qi vein, marvelled at the vast ancestral qi. 

However, while they were filled with joy, they noticed a mysterious wave emitting from the stone tablet and eventually swept over their bodies.  

It was as though they were being scanned. 

The sudden change surprised everyone and made them increase their vigilance.

Guyuan Heaven was mysterious and unfathomable and one shouldn’t lower their guard at any time.

But fortunately, no one felt anything unusual within their bodies once the wave passed. 

“Huh?” Someone murmured puzzledly.  

Rays of brilliant light were suddenly released from the lotus platform where that person was.

The lights were five different colors and lingered on the lotus platform, looking particularly mysterious.

Moreover, when the five-colored light appeared, the speed at which ancestral qi gathered on his lotus platform was evidently much faster.

"What’s that?" Everyone sounded surprised. 

But before they could think deeper about it, they noticed mysterious light halos blooming from all 25 lotus platforms.

But those light halo were either five or six different colors.

"I know that the light halos represent the lotus platform’s grade...I read in an ancient book that the lotus platform is ranked into nine grades, with grade nine shown by nine different colors. If my guess is correct, the waves of energy previously released from the stone tablet were to evaluate our talent and potential. Those with greater talent or potential will see a higher grade in their lotus platforms. The higher one’s lotus platform grade, the greater opportunities one will obtain,” someone explained.

Everyone looked over to see it was the Spirit Phoenix Clan’s Ai Qing speaking.

“I understand…”    

Suddenly, a light dawned on everyone’s face. Then, they swept their gazes across the others’ lotus platforms. 

It was then when they discovered the lotus platforms of Ai Qing, Dong Ye, Qin Lian, Jin Ling’er were blooming seven different colors. They had become grade-7 lotus platforms.

As the grade-7 platforms took shape, the stone tablet emitted low cries and mighty Genesis Qi gushed towards them like torrents. Moreover, the torrent carried several mysterious objects, of which the most striking were the several ancestral qi treasures!

Hua!    

Many people’s eyes reddened with envy. Who would have thought there would be such gifts after forming a grade-7 lotus platform? 

But while everyone was sighing, an even dazzling light came into their line of sight. The light were eight different colors!

“Grade-8 lotus platforms?!”    

Everyone cast astonished gazes towards the three lotus platforms blooming eight different colors.

Unsurprisingly, Guan Qinglong and Jiang Jinlin were among the three. But they were shocked to see that the third person was Chu Qing from Cangxuan Heaven!

His talent and potential were comparable with Guan Qinglong and Jiang Jinlin?!

Even Guan Qinglong and Jiang Jinlin couldn't help glancing at Chu Qing. Guan Qinglong looked a little better because he already sensed Chi Qing had remarkable talent before, but Jiang Jinlin didn't look too happy. They were two women and one man.    

They were Wu Yao, Su Youwei and Zhao Mushen!

Everyone’s eyes widened when they learned that the three people’s lotus platforms were ranked grade-8. They sighed repeatedly, knowing that Guan Qinglong and the others were veteran Heavenly Sun experts, while Wu Yao and the others were of a younger generation. Generally speaking, their generation shouldn’t be qualified to enter Guyuan Heaven, but the three were too outstanding to not enter. 

But who would have thought that the three’s talent and potential were not inferior to Guan Qinglong and the others.

“No! It hasn’t ended!” At this time, someone suddenly exclaimed!  

Even the pupils of Guan Qinglong and Jiang Jinlin shrank as they stared at the three grade-8 lotus platforms, which were eight different colors like theirs. They found that the eight colored light was surging violently as though climbing with all its strength. It was during that deadlocked moment, when it appeared to reach the limit, a faint almost imperceptible light flashed among the eight colors.

The ninth color!    

But the ninth color was too faint, It just flashed past and then calmed down.

Jiang Jinlin couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief. If the three lotus platforms were ranked as grade 9, it would be really hard for him to accept it. Although it seemed that Wu Yao, Su Youwei, and Zhao Mushen's lotus platforms were stronger than his, they were still only grade 8 in the end.

"The talents and potential of those three have reached such a level…Hunyuan Heaven is indeed strong.” Even Jiang Jinlin has to admit that Hunyuan Heaven was rightfully named the strongest of the five heavens.

"However, in the end, no one achieved the legendary grade-9 lotus platform.”

Jiang Jinlin was happy with the result.

He suddenly remembered something and shifted his gaze to a certain place.

It was Zhou Yuan’s direction!    

Guan Qinglong and the others also stared intently at Zhou Yuan’s platform which was the only one that was still calm and quiet.

However, the lotus platform soon vibrated and buzzed.

Eight halos appeared within seconds.  

The lotus platform stilled for a moment after the eight halos appeared, but then another halo bloomed unhesitatingly.

Wu Yao and the others were unable to summon the ninth light halo despite urging repeatedly, but there wasn’t the slightest obstruction with Zhou Yuan's lotus platform.

Nine light halos revolved around the lotus platform, stunning, mysterious and radiated an ancient charm.

It was a grade-9 lotus platform!

As Guan Qinglong, Jiang Jinlin and everyone else stared at Zhou Yuan, who was sitting quietly within the nine halos, their eyes widened in astonishment.

The ancient stone tablet vibrated like never before and the whole world seemed to be rumbling like cheers from the ancient times.
