So what she knew wasn’t firsthand knowledge but secondhand hearsay. If we had blindly followed that advice, we might have stumbled upon the entrance to the hidden mission without even being able to enter.
I wasn’t entirely sure what had triggered my Sixth Sense earlier, but we likely wouldn’t have found the keybug in time without it.
Ha Hee-Jeong murmured to herself, seemingly coming to a realization.
“Of course... If we need a keybug’s key for the shelters, it stands to reason that we’d need one for the bug queen’s chamber too."
“Now that you mention it, that makes sense. It’s a good thing that we found it.”
“Ugh, damn it. I’m sorry. If it weren’t for you, we’d have been running around like headless chickens.”
“Huh? You’ve got nothing to apologize for. They’re the ones who left out the key information, not you. But, Hee-Jeong… I think we’ve got more pressing concerns right now."
There had been seven minutes left earlier. I hadn’t checked the timer since, but it had to be almost up by now.
As if on cue, a notification flashed before my eyes.
