Read about some minor translation changes:
RWX pointed out that “Mount Heaven” is based on the name of the real Mount Tian Shan in China. I’m going with “Mount Tian Shan” going forward. In addition, I’ve updated the glossary to include links to articles for other terms in the story that are based on real life people or places.
Originally, the translation said that Eccentric Song and Wu Dingqiu were playing “chess.” The word “play chess” in Chinese could actually have three meanings. One would be Chinese chess, the second International Chess, and the third would be Go. Based on the description of their playing (and the fact that this is the game they played in Ancient China) it’s obvious they are playing Go. So, I’m changing the translation accordingly.
